Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
At BeforeLate, we're committed to your satisfaction. We believe in our service and want you to feel confident in your investment. This policy outlines how we handle refunds and cancellations.
2. Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee covers agent customization, CRM integration, and initial configuration. This fee is non-refundable once work has begun on your account setup. If you cancel before setup work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee.
3. Monthly Subscription
- •Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice
- •No refunds are provided for partial months of service
- •Service continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation
4. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a full refund of their first month's subscription if they are not satisfied with our service, provided the request is made within 14 days of account activation. To qualify, you must have completed the onboarding process and tested the AI agent with actual calls.
5. Service Issues
If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit. Please contact our support team to report any issues.
6. How to Request a Refund

- •Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- •Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- •Refunds are issued to the original payment method
7. Non-Refundable Items
- •Setup fees after work has begun
- •Usage overages (additional calls beyond your plan)
- •Add-on services that have been delivered
- •Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
8. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, email us at hello@beforelate.com or contact your account manager. Please provide at least 30 days notice before your next billing date. We'll confirm your cancellation and provide information about your final billing date.
9. Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data, including call recordings and lead information. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies.
10. Disputes
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged or have a billing dispute, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We'll work with you to investigate and resolve any billing issues promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Existing customers will be notified of material changes via email.
