BeforeLate provides AI-powered voice agent services that answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments on behalf of your business. Our services are designed to enhance your lead response capabilities and improve conversion rates.

3. Account Registration

4. Acceptable Use

5. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly in advance. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime for our voice agent services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages or third-party service failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BeforeLate services are owned by BeforeLate and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without permission.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and lead information. We process data only as necessary to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeforeLate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
